A tragic house story with a public conscience, House stars Wunmi Mosaku and Sope Dirisu as two refugees from South Sudan who are housed in a dilapidated house by the British government. They begin to see different noises and new things, adding to the daily obstacles of building a new life in sometimes unpleasant places.
The supernatural presence is combined with the secrets that the couple took with them from their country, the film combines effective horror with an exploration of the concept of guilt and suffering.
Hush
Hush stars Kate Siegel as a deaf writer who lives alone in a suburban home. He had to protect himself when the intruder came out and tried to kill him. Flanagan presents the famous home invasion story in a variety of ways, demonstrating the unique value of the protagonist and relying on different types of sound in the context of dialogue. The Netflix original is a fun throwback to the 1980s kid-friendly musical, without talking down to its audience.

An undocumented Mexican immigrant takes a room in a shocking apartment in No One Gets Out Alive. Ambar (Christina Rodlo) is trying to make a life for herself in Cleveland, but it is difficult for her when she starts having disturbing visions and encountering strange things in her new home.
